$500 sign-on bonus paid $100 a week for the first five weeks of employment.

In keeping with a goal of having the safest, most professional drivers on the road today Hirschbach Motor Lines requires all new drivers to attend a two day orientation held at our Corporate office in East Dubuque, Illinois. This lively, intense session updates drivers on the latest safety information and best practices they need to know to be a productive member of one of the top fleets in the trucking industry.
Driver Incentive Programs
Hirschbach Motor Lines is proud of drivers who serve in our fleet. We offer several incentive programs to recognize and encourage our dedicated driving professionals. One of our incentive programs offers drivers who meet certain driving and performance standards to make up to an additional $1000 every quarter of the year and the amount and requirements are pro-rated.
